This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited and permitted uses of the MatchMyBiz platform (the “Platform”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the MatchMyBiz Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Who This Applies To

This AUP applies to all users, including buyers, suppliers, service providers, and any person who accesses the Platform or Content (each, a “User”).

2. General Principles

You may use the Platform only for lawful, authorized, and business-related purposes.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that your representatives, employees, and contractors comply with this AUP.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation (including false company identity, product capability, certifications, origin, or pricing).

• Offer, solicit, advertise, or facilitate illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or infringing goods or services.

• Offer, solicit, advertise, or facilitate goods or services that are prohibited or restricted under applicable law (including export controls, sanctions, embargoes, or customs rules).

• Upload, transmit, or store malware, viruses, ransomware, or any harmful code; or attempt to bypass security measures.

• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person; or share content that is hateful, violent, or obscene.

• Share personal data about other users beyond what is necessary for legitimate business purposes, or in violation of applicable privacy laws.

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, chain letters, or deceptive communications; or use the Platform for lead harvesting without consent.

• Scrape, crawl, index, mine, or systematically extract data or Content from the Platform without our prior written permission.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, models, ranking logic, or non-public APIs, except to the extent permitted by law.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks, automated load testing without authorization, or abuse of rate limits.

• Circumvent access controls, paywalls, gating, or subscription restrictions; or share login credentials outside your organization without authorization.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity.

• Use the Platform in a manner that violates any applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, or anti-money laundering laws.

4. Listings, HS Codes, and Trade Data

Users are responsible for the accuracy of listings, HS code classifications, specifications, certifications, and compliance claims.

You must not intentionally misclassify HS codes or misstate regulatory status (e.g., restricted, licensed, dual-use, controlled).

You must not list content that you do not have the right to share, including confidential third-party data.

5. Messaging and Attachments

You may use messaging for bona fide commercial communications. You must not use messaging to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.

Attachments must be business-related. You must not upload files containing personal data unrelated to a legitimate trade purpose.

6. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Reporting

We may monitor and review activity to maintain Platform integrity, enforce this AUP, and comply with legal obligations.

We may remove Content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe a violation occurred.

To report abuse, fraud, or suspected illegal activity, contact us through the support channel published on the Platform.

7. Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension/termination, loss of subscription benefits, reporting to relevant authorities, and other actions permitted by the Terms of Use or law.

8. Changes to This AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Platform and update the Effective Date.
